This company is TERRIBLE! I had the misfortune of working for this company where all the managers were rude, inexperienced, abusive and arrogant.AVOID!! A real rubbish company 😒

Do not know how to pay staff for the hours they have done. Very bad company and supervisors.

Bad company from beginning to end . Supervisor for them at a college. Tupped across to them told contracts wouldn't change . They changed our pay days within days with no thought to anyone. We were paid hourly they changed that too. No communication at all from left to run the site without enough staff. Nicola may was the only KGB manager that tried to help. I left a few weeks ago and they have made deduction from my pay even though I stayed on to help them. Still underpaid. Stay away from this company. Worst company I have ever worked for

Hello guys This company, KGB, does not respect workers. They teach them like slaves. They do not respect or appreciate them, and they shout at everyone without exception, and I was with them as a supervisor of the workers. They have bad managers and employees who do not respect anyone, do not answer any phone or email, and do not pay overtime at work, so I advise you from this company.

Hi just a quick note not a good experience with your company. Started work was shown ten minutes of area to clean huge area for 56 year old to clean in 5 and half hours. No uniform provided ! No training no health and safety no fire drill in fact no nothing. Cleaning cupboard filthy dirty and not stocked up. Drain blockedin cupboard. I am BICS trained so know procedures. No coshh training mixed bottles un labelled in cupboared. Equipment ie ketch mop filthy not been cleened in weeks. Manager not interested just wanted cleaner. Nancy too interested i getting back home. No training no coshh no h and s really not a good look. 😕 took month to get paid would not recommend Sent from Outlook for Android

Most arrogant cleaning company I’ve ever worked for. Had a problem with an inexperience supervisor who was a normal cleaner at the school like myself. He raised his voice at me because I couldn’t fix something & i asked for his helped so he refused, I told the manger & she did nothing. She sat me down 2 days later and looked at me like she didn't believe a word I said. Instead of her dealing with the problem all she done was type it down and send it to HR as if they could fix the problem. I quit the job on the spot. She could see I was furious and she still had the audacity to ask if I could still finish my shift. Silly woman! Wouldn’t work for this company ever again and wouldn’t recommend as they don’t care about you one bit.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. You get no support, they lie to you and I was forced to quit my position as supervisor (a role I was very happy in until they took over the contract). I was assured I would have more staff but that never happened. We were given cleaning machinery to use with no training (which resulted in a injury). In our area there was one general manager covering 67 sites (obvious failure) trying to get then keep staff and offering different pay rates causing complaints from existent staff. Unless you are desperate and not fussed how you are treated avoid like the plague. On the plus side they will employ anyone as always desperate and don't care who works for them. They also offer supervisor roles to anyone experience or not).

This is the worst place I've ever worked. I was there 10 months and still didn't have a copy of my contract. I've been left 2 months and it's taken 2 calls to head office and they've only just emailed me my P45. I was there 2 months before I had 1 uniform T shirt, I did eventually get 2. Also 1was there7 months before I had an access card and had to rely on others letting me in. For 3 months during lockdown I was the only cleaner in the whole college. Awful communication with supervisors they didn't send cleaning supplies over on a Monday when they should and when you phoned to ask for supplies they were extremely rude. It was like trying to get blood out of a stone just trying to get the essential supplies to do your job. The other cleaners were lovely people though.

I have worked at KGB South West for just over a year now and it has been one of the nicest companies I have worked for. I have been given support, training and opportunity since I started. I would highly recommend working for this company.

Absolute bullies. They don't even have an HR/human resources available to call, and I'm literally being targeted for not wanting to do more than what I'm contracted for.
