A large lake with extensive dinghy and RC model yacht sailing. They recently hosted the MYA UK AGM and trade show.

Ideal place, I go paddle boarding when ever I get free time. The wind can be a harsh mistress at times.

The lake seems like a beach.. wave sounds, the wind, clear water on the shore... this is the best place in the surrounding

Visited for the Rs200 open. Everyone was kind helpful! Great sailing area as well. Big thanks to Andy who lent us a Rudder after leaving ours in Southampton.

The kids come here regularly with scouts.. but if any one from the club is reading.. could you please apply some paint to the harsh speed bumps that are not easy to see? You need to crawl over these to avoid damage to your car but they just blend into the road surface. Thanks.

Great lake. I used to sail it 20 years ago. Unfriendly though. We're still waiting for an invitation after 5 years on a waiting list. Kids lost interest now.

Gorgeous walk around the grounds

A bit of water to be near on a hot sunny day! When the wind is there it's a great place for some gentle sailing. Bar and kitchen are reasonable when they are open and membership with monthly payment is easy to arrange.

Went to their open day today and had an amazing time on their massive lake. We went sailing, had a fabulous ride and go in a RIB, tried paddle boarding and kayaking for the first time. Wonderful friendly, welcoming people. Looking forward to going again.
