We had an issue but talking with the practice manager she kindly went out of her way to give us the time to go through our concerns and was more than fair. The meeting we had with her made us feel a lot confident. All I wanted from the start was to explain our situation. Thank you for your time today.

Appointment was 25 minutes late. Not great for a nervous cat. Vet was thorough and friendly. Reception was terrible and dismissive of patients. The reception is the first and last impression a customer has of a business. Burghfield Vets would be wise to invest in some customer friendly training for the reception team.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed, the vet didn't rush me and was great with my nervous cat. The staff were very helpful carrying my cat to and from the car as I am in a wheelchair. I couldn't recommend them enough.

When our 4 year old cat , Coco developed brown patches in one eye, which was also confirmed by a specialist animal hospital in Alton, to be early cancer of the iris, we made the hard decision to have her eye removed promptly, rather than wait. Christopher , one of the vets at Burghfield, was amazing. Very supportive, and caring, took time to talk to us about the procedure,(which he and his team carried out, at this pratice). Excellent aftercare Thank you.

Small and effective vet surgery. No wait for our booked appointment. Friendly and well organized. Shame we have to wait 4 weeks until follow up as we're left hanging unsure what to feed our fatty dog in the meantime. I wish this place could open a branch in Theale.

Sadly, our old boy Snoopy was very poorly and the vets were very kind and understanding, making him very comfortable at the end. He'd lived well, and ended peacefully.

Very easy to book appointments. Every member of staff was kind and helpful. The nurse was very knowledgeable and patient with our anxious dog. Cannot recommend the practice enough- especially if you or your pet has some anxiety around the vets.

I can not speak highly enough of the Vet and Veterinary nurse that were with us when we had to say goodbye to Harry our beloved Beagle. They were so kind and caring helping us through such a sad time.

Spent one night here in a suite before an early flight. The hotel is in the middle of airport so no outside views but its a Airport Hotel. The checkin was very easy and quick and I was given a suite on the 2nd floor. The sofa has been made in to a bed, so I needed to put this back to a sofa. The bed was very comfortable and good to sleep in. Loved you could change the lights in the room to an colour. I was woken a few times by the comings and goings and also the airport speaker system. But not bad for a hotel in the Airport
