Fantastic company. We placed a bulk order of bucket hats for a sport club and had all items embroidered and delivered within 2 weeks. Couldn’t recommend them more and we look forward to placing more orders in future!

Wanted some embroidery done on two pairs of trousers. Took a working sample with me. The guy who I met took the job notes for the work that's similar to the sample provided. We talked about future works, which he promised to get back to me if they could do it. No price given, no money demanded, no email address provided for anything. I called to follow up on the job 1 week later, I was told they would get back to me. On the 2nd week, I called again to follow up. This time the owner picked up, I was told we would get back to me. On the 3rd week, the guy who picked up my order apologised for the miscommunication and provided me with an email address for the artwork, which I sent on the day being a Thursday. No acknowledgment, no nothing. 4th week, called on the Monday being a bank holiday. The owner picked up, I explained the situation. I said pls tell me when my job is going to be ready or I can come collect them instead of them sitting untouched in your shop. He said he'd get back to me with the status of the job as they were closed being a bank holiday. Next thing, I got a voicenote that I can come collect them. 5th week, went to the shop and my untouched garmets were handed back to me. Met the owner this time - No apology, no offer of a solution, spoke with so much arrogance, dismissive, very unprofessional, blaming for non-payment and not sending the artwork (even though I called every week and no mention of this). No job done and unnecessarily held my working sample. AVOID AT ALL COST if you don't want your time wasted. Other bad reviews are on the same theme, we all can't be crazy.
